Top managers need the least technical skills.
These skills are most important for
top managers. They are responsible for the whole planning.
They need to be able to plan and conceptualize complex situations.

Human or Interpersonal Skills
Managers work with people to get the objectives of the organization. So, human skills are essential for managers.

skills.
Managers need to interact with
people.
They need to know about people's
behaviors.
They are the ability to work well
with others both as an individual and in groups.
They need the ability to motivate
others.
They need to understand the feelings
of others and they need to communicate with others.

abilities. They will become leaders and can motivate employees for objectives.
